Automatic Coolant Mixing Refill System (Smart Flow System)

Case Studies
This manufacturer has dozens of CNC machines in the factory, and they spend a lot of time refilling coolant every day. The time spent is not a big deal, but the main problem that they are troubled is by the inaccurate concentration. After discussing with HC FENG, the solution we proposed, ordering a SHUNT, successfully helped the customer solve the problem. Spending a lot of money on automation but only doing half of it? It takes about 3 minutes to manually refill the cutting fluid for one machine, and totally 300 minutes (5 hours) for 100 machines (not including the time for mixing the concentration). SHUNT can automatically mix the concentration and refill coolant. You can manually open the water valve and manually refill the cutting fluid with the prepared concentration. Or you can choose a liquid level meter to automatically supply coolant when the liquid level is low, to avoid problems such as insufficient cutting fluid concentration caused by human factors, resulting in tool breakage, rust on workpieces, and deterioration and odor of cutting fluid.
Case Studies
The customer is an expert in automated production lines, equipping a large number of machines. It's very time-consuming to replenish the cutting fluid every day, requiring employees to manually operate. Each machine needs to be replenished with cutting fluid 2-3 times a day, with 1-2 barrels of 5-gallon cutting fluid added each time. This process takes a considerable amount of time, around 2 minutes per machine. The cutting fluid automatic mixing and replenishment system from HC Feng is the perfect solution. Once installed with the inlet and outlet pipes, it efficiently filters the water through three filter cores before mixing it to the desired concentration using an Italian mixing pump. The mixed cutting fluid is then stored in our mixing tank. Each function is equipped with separate display switches, and we've installed liquid-level detection sensors on the oil drums to ensure there is sufficient original fluid. After positioning the machine, we have two options for replenishing water. The first is manual replenishment, and the second involves directly connecting the water pipe to our machine. Once the water pipe is connected, our magnetic pressure motor continuously supplies water to the pipe. For this project, the customer opted for manual valve replenishment, which is very convenient to operate. Simply open the water valve switch, and the machine's motor will deliver water to your machine. Close it once the water level in your tank is sufficient. It is very convenient and efficient for processing plants with a large number of machines.
