Customized Tank

Since our previous serving experience on tank customization and design, we have soon received another request to help this aluminum machining workshop.

A huge amount of aluminum chips in large pieces are disposed to a conveyor, and there's usually cutting fluid remained together with the chips. That is not something we wish to be wasted, and in order to recycle and reuse it, we have designed this tank.

1.Bags of aluminum chips shavings to be placed on top

2.The top is designed with holes to collect the fluid residue

3.A rectangular filtering feature is designed on the left

4.Using BEST-1 unit to purify the fluid and complete recycling

5.Reaching the most optimal recycling efficiency and saved refilling
